I was able to get worked in for a filling replacement. All of the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I had an issue with my dental insurance and they helped me get that straightened out. I had zero pain and I was in and out quickly. Very good dental experience.

The kindest, most gentle technicians I've encountered in going to dentists for 65+ years. And, Dr. Planer is a true, thoughtful dentist. NOT an experience to dread as we all did as children!

A couple mos ago I had a filling along with a crown prep and I think I forgot to post this…
Dr. Planer thoughtfully explains every thing he’s about to do in laymen’s terms, very kind and gentle. His hygienist, Tanya, works well with Dr. Planer, like a well oiled machine, and very professional. And Katie, the office manager, at the front desk, always smiling, shows empathy and she’s the glue of Hendersonville Premiere Dental.
I highly recommend you schedule an appointment with this office. You will be dazzled.
The other day, additional dental work was needed. I am over the moon with the results. Dr. Planer is very thorough; he’s a top-notch, exceptional dentist.

Cleaning went well, the hygienist did a wonderful job. The staff was extra kind to my two children who tagged along today. They got to play the original Nintendo games and even got a cookie on the way out!

Truly THE BEST dentist experience I've ever had. The staff was so friendly and patient with me. They got me in and out but not in a rushed manner- they took their time to make sure I was not only comfortable , but educated on what my options were and all the risks concerning my cavity. I appreciate the people more than they will ever know . 1000000/10 hands down !

Over a span of 80+ years, I have moved a lot and consequently seen a number of different dentists. Dr. Planer is head and shoulders above all the others. He and his staff are professional in every way. I liked that he took the time to thoroughly go over my current status, make some recommendations, and then let me decide what, if anything, I wanted to do going forward. So glad I found this practice.

Very nice hygienist, Haley, cleaned and did X-rays. She was meticulous, considerate, and a lovely person. I'd return for her care willingly. Dr. Planer is friendly and complete in his exams and understanding of a patient's desires. A great place for dental care!
